Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner…and then some

Many friends have suggested I start a food blog, so this is it.  I love food.  I love to bake.  I love to cook.  This is what’s going on in my kitchen.

I am far from being formally trained.  The extent of my culinary education is summer school cooking class in junior high.  Cooking is my escape.  It doesn’t hurt that we need to eat, so might as well make it tasty and fun.
