Meatless Monday -Mongolian Soy Curls

Easy 20 minute dinner tonight.  I sautéed celery, peppers, carrots and soy curls, then added ginger and garlic.the sauce was about 2 tablespoons each of soy sauce and water, a bit of hoisin and sambal oelek, plus cornstarch for thickening.  Yum.
