Crispy Tofu

Tonight we had Vegan Richa’s recipe for crispy tofu.  I love her photography.  She makes everything look so appealing.  Tofu strips are dipped into a seasoned flour batter then dredged in panko, then a spritz of oil before baking.  I drizzled on the sweet chili sauce instead of dipping, and served it over rice with some carrots.  I loved it, the sauce is fantastic.
