Meatless Monday – Veggie Burgers

Nothing too exciting tonight, just more of the veggie burgers I got at Sam’s Club (Don Lee Farms Farmers Market Blend patties).  On the side we had tater tots, I added some gochujang to the ketchup for spice.  I used regular hamburger buns this time.  Previously we had Hawaiian buns.  I still don’t much care for these burgers.  I liked the spicy ketchup though!
