Meatless Monday – Chickpea Burgers

Since I just got home from a trip out-of-town, I didn’t want to spend a lot of time in the kitchen tonight.  I made Morningstar Farms Mediterranean Chickpea veggie burgers.  Instead of mayo, I spread some hummus on the bun, plus some avocado on the other side.  I love these burgers.  I was reading through the ingredients and saw there is jalapeno in it.  They have a little bit of spice.  I put them on my shopping list to buy more.
